Some 任务 will require you to fill out information, while others may ask you to upload 文件(如纳税申报表). 你甚至可能被要求重新登录 into your financial aid application to make necessary corrections.

CLICK THE SUBMIT BUTTON (at the bottom of the task page) to submit your completed 财政援助办公室的任务.

• The message at the top of your 任务 page will update to show the current status of 您的文件.
• Through Zonemail, you will receive 1) Reminder Notifications, 2) Account Creation Notifications, and 3) File and Document Review Notifications from Noreply@karilitzmann.com. The first time you use E-Sign, you will be required to 创建PIN码 and Accept Terms & 条件.

Once the form has been correctly filled out enter your pin in the e-Sign box and then 选择电子签名按钮.

• If you have forgotten your e-sign pin, you can reset it by selecting the Forgot my E-Sign PIN link above the e-sign box on the review and sign screen of the web form.

与 验证我的申请, you AND your parent both have the ability to electronically sign (e-sign) your Financial 援助 文档, instead of having to print them out and sign them. 

Note: Student and parent both have to use E-Sign OR they both have to upload a signed hardcopy of a 文档 (the student cannot choose one option and the parent another.)

学生签名

创建PIN码

父母的签名

After you (the student) E-sign, you will be presented with a step to request your 父母的签名.

Select the parent that you want to send an email request to review and sign your completed 文档.

帮助提示:

• Only the parent that you send the request to, will be able to 创建帐户 and 电子签名的文件.
• The parent you select must have passed the SSN match on your FAFSA, or you won’t be 能够向父端发送请求.
• If neither parent passed the SSN match, you will not be able to use E-Sign. 
• 家长的电子邮件地址与学生的不匹配.

Once your request is sent, your parent will receive an email containing a link to 创建帐户. 

取消或修改你对父母的请求:

Once your request is sent to your parent, you can no longer edit your 文档 unless 您取消了请求. 要取消，请选择取消请求按钮. 如果需要的话 编辑您的请求，选择编辑请求按钮. 请注意:如果您取消 request, your parent will not be able to 创建帐户 or be able to see the 文档 在再次发送请求之前进行电子签名.

Parent, you should have received an email request from your student asking you to 审阅并签署学生完成的经济援助文件. Click on the link provided in the email so that you are taken directly to the create 账户的屏幕.

确认家长和学生信息

After you 创建帐户, you will have the opportunity to preview and sign the 文档.

给家长的建议:

• If you do not have a Social 安全 Number (SSN), you can use all zeros to create 父帐户.
• If you have more than one student attending Chabot, and already have an existing account, you will have a single account for multiple children at “大学.
• You cannot 创建帐户 or view 文档 for e-signature until the student emails 向您发出电子签名请求.

 

Parent, after you have created 父帐户 and logged in, you will have the opportunity 在父电子签署门户预览文件;

电子签名密码:

If everything looks correct, you can enter your password (created during account creation) 进入电子签名密码框，并选择电子签名按钮.

你会收到 success message once the e-signature is applied. 你的学生会 receive an email and/or text message after you e-sign the 文档.

未批准表格:

Only click this button if you do not approve of the information on the form. 这 会让你的学生知道有需要改正的地方吗. 你的学生必须这么做 编辑表格并重新发送给家长签名.

选择退出电子签名:

只有在不希望对文档进行电子签名时，才单击此按钮. 如果你选择退出 e-sign, your student must also opt out of e-sign, and will have to follow opt out 电子签名步骤.
