EMS 1W - Basic Life Support CPR/AED    ( 0.50 - Units )

EMS 1 - Emergency Medical Responder    ( 3.00 - Units )

EMS 2 - Emergency Medical Technician - Basic    ( 7.00 - Units )

  4. Perform an initial patient assessment.

  2. Demonstrate safe techniques for lifting patients.

EMS 3 - Emergency Medical Technician Academy    ( 9.00 - Units )

You must also provide a negative TB test. Current BLS for healthcare provider is also required. May not receive credit if Health 81 or EMS2&2W has been completed.

EMS 4 - Emergency Medical Technician – Basic – Refresher    ( 2.00 - Units )
Provides refresher training in the foundation knowledge, 技能, and abilities required of the EMT-Basic scope of practice. EMT-B认证是救护人员和大多数初级消防员职位的最低要求. EMT certification is also required for entry into Paramedic school. 40 total hours accredited by the Alameda County EMS Agency. 包括CE认证和符合国家注册标准的技能能力验证. Prerequisite: EMT and BLS certification. Total - 2 weeks

EMS 8 - Health & Fitness for Emergency Medical Services    ( 3.00 - Units )
